3/4cupoats
1/2a banana
2tbspcashew butteror peanut butter
1 1/2tspchia seeds
1 1/2tbspmini chocolate chips

3/4tspcinnamonplus extra for rolling
Instructions
Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until oats are chopped smaller and all ingredients are well-incorporated.
Add extra cashew butter if too dry or extra oats if too wet. The consistency you should be looking for is a semi-crumbly dough that holds together well when molded into a ball.
Roll dough into about a dozen 1" balls. Roll each ball in extra cinnamon if desired.
