Chocolate Cherry Almond Bites

Filled with chocolate, cherries, chia seeds, and more, these simple five-ingredient energy bites are great for snacking on when you need a sweet treat or something to hold you over until your next meal!

  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • cinnamon for rolling (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor (except the cinnamon, if you choose to use it) and pulse until it all comes together to form a sticky, moldable dough.

  2. Roll into 1 to 1.5-inch balls. There should be enough dough to form about 8 balls. If you find them too sticky, you can roll them in cinnamon to coat.

  3. Place in refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes before snacking. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
