The Internationally-Inspired Meal Plan
Planning your meals can get a little tricky sometimes–am I right? It can be exhausting to spend hours of time each week trying to figure out what on earth you’re going to eat! And then once you do figure it out, maybe you start getting bored by eating the same things over and over and over…
That’s where I come in! Whether you’re stressed or clueless or bored or all of those things, I have something that should help you feel empowered to add both structure and variety to dinnertime.
Let me introduce you to my very first meal plan, developed just for those of you who are looking for a way to spice up your dinner routine. I created the Internationally-Inspired Meals book from many of the recipes that Oliver and I use as our “go-to” dinners.
We find that eating foods inspired by cuisines from around the world is the key to keeping us from getting bored when it comes to meal time, and perhaps you’ll find that the same is true for you!
Internationally-Inspired Meals is a downloadable, printable PDF file that gives you recipes, grocery lists, and tips & tricks for four weeks of dinners. I’ll be sharing 20 recipes, including favorites like…
- Slow cooker recipes for things like stuffed peppers and my go-to chicken tacos
- The Chicken Parmesan recipe that I always reach for when I’m cooking for company or bringing someone a meal
- Some easy & flavorful dinners that can be on the table in 30 minutes
- Recipes inspired by the cuisines of Greece, Thailand, Italy, France, and more!
If this meal plan sounds like something that would be at all helpful to you and your family, if you’re craving a little change, or if you don’t even know where to start when it comes to putting meal ideas together, I’d like to invite you to check it out! (I mean, obviously I wish I could just cook these things for you myself, but this might be the next best thing.)
